摘 要:为防范精细化工园区事故发生,提出精细化工园区脆弱性影响因素多级递阶结构模型.首先,从人员、设施、物料、环境、管理等五个方面,构建脆弱性影响因素指标体系;其次,利用决策实验室分析法结合解释结构模型法确定相关影响矩阵,计算脆弱性影响因素间的各影响程度值,建立DEMATEL-ISM的精细化工园区脆弱性影响因素模型,分析其复杂内在联系和事故传播路径.结果表明:人员专业技能、设备安全防护、物料的储存是影响园区脆弱性的直接因素,法律法规和安全管理制度的落实是影响园区脆弱性的根本因素,为从根源预防精细化工园区事故提供了参考.In order to prevent the occurrence of accidents in fine chemical industrial park,a multi-level hierarchical structure model of the influencing factors of vulnerability in fine chemical industrial park was proposed.Firstly,the index system of influencing factors of vulnerability is constructed from five aspects:personnel,facilities,materials,environment and management.Secondly,the decision laboratory analysis method was used to determine the correlation influence matrix,calculate the influence degree values among the vulnerability influencing factors,and analyze the complex internal relationship and accident path propagation.A multi-level hierarchical interpretive structural model based on DEMATEL-ISM was established.The results show that the professional skills of personnel,safety protection of equipment and storage of materials have direct influence on the vulnerability of the park.The implementation of laws and regulations and safety management system is the fundamental factor of vulnerability of the park,which provides reference for preventing accidents in fine chemical park from the root.
