摘 要:跨学科创业团队是高校开展学术创业的关键载体,加强高校跨学科创业团队内部治理是提升高校科技成果转化力、助推国家创新体系构建的重要举措。高校跨学科创业团队是学术创业绩效提升的源头,其内部如何进行治理,尚缺乏系统而全面的理论与实证研究。本文以高校跨学科创业团队为调查对象,理论结合实证剖析了高校跨学科创业团队内部治理机理与规律,研究发现:在高校跨学科创业团队中,变革型领导对跨学科合作以及学术创业绩效均具有正向影响;跨学科合作在变革型领导和学术创业绩效之间发挥着部分中介效应;冲突中的关系冲突在变革型领导和跨学科合作的不同维度之间既发挥着负向调节效应又发挥着正向调节效应,冲突中的任务冲突在变革型领导和跨学科合作中的合作质量两者之间的关系中具有不显著的负向调节效应。本文的发现强调了高校跨学科创业团队生产力物化过程的匹配规律,也为高校跨学科创业团队内部治理过程中核心要素的耦合提供了证据。The interdisciplinary entrepreneurial team is the key carrier for universities to carry out academic entrepreneurship.Strengthening the internal governance of the interdisciplinary entrepreneurial team in universities is an important measure to enhance the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities and boost the construction of the national innovation system.The interdisciplinary entrepreneurial team in universities is the source of the improvement of academic entrepreneurial performance,there is still a lack of systematic and comprehensive theoretical and empirical research on its internal governance.This paper takes in-terdisciplinary entrepreneurial teams in universities as the study object,analyzes the internal governance mechanism and laws of inter-disciplinary entrepreneurial teams in universities theoretically and empirically,and finds that:Transformational leadership has positive impacts on interdisciplinary collaboration and academic entrepreneurial performance in interdisciplinary entrepreneurial teams in univer-sities;Interdisciplinary collaboration plays a partial mediating effect in the relationship between transformational leadership and aca-demic entrepreneurial performance;The relationship conflict in conflict plays both a negative and a positive moderating effect in the re-lationship between transformational leadership and the different dimensions of interdisciplinary collaboration.The task conflict in con-flict has an insignificant negative moderating effect in the relationship between transformational leadership and the quality of collabora-tion in interdisciplinary collaboration.The findings of this paper emphasize the matching law of the materialization process of the pro-ductivity of interdisciplinary entrepreneurial teams in universities,and also provide evidence for the coupling of core elements in the in-ternal governance process of interdisciplinary entrepreneurial teams in universities.The theoretical contribution of this paper are as follows:firstly,the
