摘　　要：针对我国电动自行车管理面临全国性政策困境。以完善电动自行车交通管理措施为构想,对我国3个代表性城市开展了电动自行车交通政策调研,分析探讨了经验做法,试图为我国电动自行车管理存在的全国性及地域性问题探索应对策略和解决途径,提高电动自行车交通管理科学性和可实施性。Electric bicycles have become an important means of transportation for the production and life of Chinese citizens,but at present,the management of electric bicycles in China is facing a national policy dilemma.In this context,the research group carried out a survey on the traffic policy of electric bicycles in three representative cities in China with the idea of improving the traffic management measures of electric bicycles,analyzed and discussed experiences and practices,and tried to explore coping strategies and solutions for the national and regional problems existing in the management of electric bicycles in China,and improve the scientificity and implementability of traffic management.
