摘　　要：基于全球动力电池产业发展趋势,分析常州市动力电池产业集群的发展现状和面临的难题,提出龙头企业引领、优化发展生态、完善服务体系、强化要素支撑、改善营商环境等对策建议,为加快推进常州动力电池产业集群的发展,全力打造高质量新能源之都提供借鉴。Based on the development trend of the global power battery industry,the current development situation of the power battery industry cluster in Changzhou and the problems it faces are analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward such as the leading enterprises leading the way,optimizing the development of the environment,perfecting the service system,strengthening the support of factors,improving the business environment,and so on.These suggestions can accelerate the development of Changzhou’s power battery industry cluster and promote the construction of a new energy city.
