摘　　要：首先对消费者的洗涤行为习惯进行了介绍与分析,其次阐述了热泡沫预洗的基本原理,从试验出发分别对3种标准污染布进行预洗,同时对预洗后的污染布通过滚筒洗衣机进行洗涤,最后通过白度仪确定污染布洗净率。实验结果证明了在洗涤前增加预洗对去除衣物污渍有较为显著的效果。为了进一步研究与确认热泡沫预洗的效果,采用多种预洗方式搭配多种洗涤剂,通过正交试验法对3种标准污染布预洗然后进行洗涤并测试洗净率,确定了热泡沫预洗的洗净能力优于其他预洗方式,并给出了最优参数组合。Firstly,this paper introduces and analyzes the washing habits of consumers.Secondly,the basic principle of hot foam pre-washing is expounded,and then three kinds of standard contaminated cloths are pre-washed respectively from the test.At the same time,the contaminated cloth after pre-washing is washed by the drum washing machine,and the cleaning rate of the contaminated cloth is determined using a whiteness meter.It is shown that adding pre-washing before washing has a more significant effect on removing clothes stains.In order to further study and confirm the effect of hot foam pre-washing,we used a variety of pre-washing methods with a variety of detergents through the orthogonal test method to pre-wash 3 kinds of standard contaminated cloth and then washed and ed the cleaning rate.The cleaning of hot foam pre-washing is better than other pre-washing methods,and the optimal parameter combination is provided.
