摘  要:现今,三元锂电池(NCM)电池因其性能优越、较低的成本和理想的循环稳定性等优点可广泛应用于移动电子产品、储能、军事等领域,全球电动新能源汽车又推动了NCM电池生产的进一步扩大,其需求量与产量逐年增加,含有废旧NCM正极材料的废旧电池将出现一个峰值。废旧NCM电池含有丰富有价金属资源,其中最具回收价值的是三元正极材料中的镍钴锰酸锂,同时不合理处置也会对破坏环境。为此,废旧NCM电池的回收在资源、经济和环境上收益颇丰。综述了废旧三元锂电池火法、湿法以及新兴绿色浸出法回收工艺,并比较了其优缺点。最后,系统分析了浸出后废旧三元锂电池正极材料分离再生的具体方法以及各自的发展方向,并且展望了废旧锂离子电池回收朝着环保化、低成本、自动化的方向发展,旨在为电池回收提供一些技术工艺上的新思路。Nowadays,ternary lithium batteries are widely used in mobile electronic products,energy storage,military and other fields due to their superior performance,low cost,ideal cycle stability and other advantages,The global demand for NCM batteries has further increased with the promotion of new energy electric vehicles,leading to a peak in waste batteries containing used NCM cathode materials.Waste ternary lithium batteries are rich in valuable metal resources,of which the most valuable for recycling is nickel-cobalt-manganate lithium in the ternary cathode material,while unreasonable disposal also damages the environment.For this reason,the recycling of NCM batteries is quite profitable in resources,economy and environment.This study reviewed the recovery processes of waste ternary lithium batteries by fire,wet and green leaching,and compared their advantages and disadvantages.Finally,the specific methods for separation and regeneration of cathode materials of waste ternary lithium batteries after leaching and their respective development directions were analyzed,and the development direction of waste lithium-ion battery recycling towards environmental protection,low cost and automation was looked forward,aiming to provide some new ideas on technical process for battery recycling.
