摘  要:由于独特的三维交联网络结构和特殊的官能团,环氧沥青具有良好的力学性能、热稳定性、耐腐蚀性和使用寿命。冷拌环氧沥青在不牺牲环氧沥青材料性能的前提下,在降低能源消耗、减少温室气体排放和可加工性方面显示出许多优势。对冷拌环氧沥青的技术研究进行了综述,介绍了冷拌环氧沥青的基本组成及复合机理,包括其固化反应过程和三维交联网络的形成,详细阐述了冷拌环氧沥青及其混合料的各项性能与环氧树脂、添加剂、改性剂和热氧老化等因素的关联性。总结并展望了冷拌环氧沥青及其混合料在性能方面的优点以及未来研究方向,推动冷拌沥青混合料的相关研究和实际路面应用。Due to its unique three-dimensional cross-linked network structure and special functional groups,epoxy asphalt exhibits excellent mechanical properties,thermal stability,corrosion resistance,and durability.Cold-mixed epoxy asphalt,without compromising the performance of epoxy asphalt materials,demonstrates numerous advantages in reducing energy consumption,decreasing greenhouse gas emissions,and enhancing processability.The technical research on cold-mixed epoxy asphalt was reviewed,and the fundamental composition and composite mechanisms of cold-mixed epoxy asphalt were introduced,including the curing reaction process and the formation of the three-dimensional cross-linked network.It elaborated in detail on the correlations between the properties of cold-mixed epoxy asphalt and its mixtures and factors such as epoxy resins,additives,modifiers,and thermal oxidative aging.The article concluded by summarizing the performance advantages of cold-mixed epoxy asphalt and its mixtures and outlining future research directions in order to promote related studies and practical applications in road construction.
