摘 要:日益严峻的全球环境问题和日益紧缺的资源给食品包装材料的开发与利用提出了挑战。为进一步推动可生物降解包装材料在食品包装中的应用,对与纳米技术相结合、可生物降解的食品包装的制备原料、主要性能及其在食品保鲜、抗菌、延长货架期的方法和效果进行了综述。纳米材料独特的生物相容性好、利于化学修饰和小尺寸效应等优势与生物可降解性相结合可促进食品包装的功能强化和应用的拓宽。Increasingly severe global environmental problems and increasingly scarce resources have challenged the development and utilization of food packaging materials.In order to further promote the application of biodegradable packaging materials in food packaging,the raw materials,main properties,as well as methods and effects of biodegradable food packaging combined with nanotechnology in food preservation,antibacterial and shelf-life extension were reviewed.The unique advantages of nanomaterials such as good biocompatibility,ease of chemical modification and small size effect,combined with biodegradability could promote the functional enhancement of food packaging and the expansion of applications.
