摘 要:现代加工制造业中消耗量最大的醛基胶黏剂,依赖于化石资源并且存在甲醛释放问题。开发环保可再生的生物质资源制备胶黏剂对现代工业发展具有重要意义和应用前景。但利用生物质资源制备的胶黏剂存在涂覆性能差、耐水胶接性能不理想、防霉性能不佳、抗冲击能力差、产品稳定性差等缺点。对此,一系列采用不同改性手段提高胶黏剂性能的研究相继发表,其中很多研究是通过共价键、次价键连接构建多重网络结构提高胶黏剂的物理化学性能及使用应用性能。综述了大豆蛋白胶黏剂、淀粉基胶黏剂、木质素胶黏剂、单宁胶黏剂研究中通过构建多重网络结构提高性能的方案方法,探讨了生物质胶黏剂研究前景和开发应用趋势,对生物质胶黏剂规模化应用提供参考和助力,以期提高生物质胶黏剂替代醛基胶黏剂应用于现代加工制造业的可能性。Aldehyde-based adhesives,which are the mostly consumed in modern processing and manufacturing industries,are dependent on fossil resources and suffer from formaldehyde emission issues.The development of environmentally friendly and renewable biomass resources for the preparation of adhesives is of great significance and application prospect for modern industrial development.However,the adhesives prepared from biomass resources have the disadvantages of poor coating performance,unsatisfactory water-resistant adhesive bonding performance,poor mildew resistance,poor impact resistance,and poor product stability,etc.In this regard,a series of modification means have been studied to improve the performance of adhesives and published,and many of these studies have been conducted to improve the physicochemical and application properties of adhesives by constructing multi-network structures through covalent and subvalent bonding connections.This paper reviewed the research progress of the methods for improving the performance of soy protein adhesive,starch adhesive,lignin adhesive,and tannin adhesive through the construction of multi-network structure,explored the research prospects and development and application trends of biomass adhesive,and provided reference and support for the large-scale application of biomass adhesives,aiming to increase the possibility of replacing aldehyde-based adhesives with the biomass adhesives in the modern processing and manufacturing industries.
