摘  要:将玄武岩纤维(BF)用硅烷偶联剂KH570改性后,制备了玄武岩纤维增强三元乙丙橡胶(E-BF7)复合材料,研究了玄武岩纤维用量对复合材料力学性能、热稳定性、动态热力学性能、耐水性能以及耐化学液体性能的影响。结果表明:与未加纤维的三元乙丙橡胶相比,添加15份KH570改性的玄武岩纤维BF7得到的三元乙丙橡胶复合材料E-BF7-15,拥有更好的综合性能。其拉伸强度从12.49MPa提高到14.50MPa,提高了16.1%,撕裂强度从41.47MPa提高到51.67MPa,提高了24.6%,其耐水性和耐化学液体性能也得到明显提升。Basalt fiber reinforced EPDM rubber(E-BF7)composites were prepared by modifying basalt fiber(BF)with silane coupling agent KH570.The effects of basalt fiber content on the mechanical properties,thermal stability,dynamic thermodynamic properties,water resistance and chemical liquid resistance of the composites were studied.The results showed that the composite E-BF7-15,with 15%of KH570-modified basalt fiber BF7,had better comprehensive properties than EPDM rubber without basalt fiber.The tensile strength increased from 12.49MPA to 14.50MPa,an increase of 16.1%,and the tear strength increased from 41.47MPA to 51.67MPa,an increase of 24.6%.The water resistance and chemical liquid resistance were also improved obviously.
