摘  要:以双醛淀粉(DAS)为原料,利用氨基功能化的柱[5]芳烃(P[5])和1,6-己二胺作为交联剂,通过席夫碱反应制备了一种新型淀粉基聚合物材料(P[5]+C6-DAS)。吸附实验结果表明,相对于DAS,P[5]+C6-DAS对孔雀石绿(MG)具有更快的吸附动力学和更高的吸附容量。在100mg/L的条件下,P[5]+C6-DAS可在45min内去除94.4%的MG染料。此外,其吸附过程符合准二级吸附动力学模型和Langmuir等温吸附模型,最大吸附量可达3470.2mg/g。因此,P[5]+C6-DAS是一种具有潜在应用价值的MG染料吸附剂。A novel starch-based polymer material(P[5]+C6-DAS)was successfully prepared by utilizing dialdehyde starch(DAS)as the raw material and employing amino-functionalized pillar[5]arene(P[5])and 1,6-hexanediamine as the crosslinking agent through Schiff base reaction.The adsorption experiments demonstrated that compared to DAS,P[5]+C6-DAS exhibited faster adsorption kinetics and higher adsorption capacity towards malachite green(MG).Under the conditions of 100 mg/L,P[5]+C6-DAS could remove 94.4%of MG dye within 45min.Furthermore,its adsorption process followed the pseudo-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm adsorption model,with a maximum adsorption capacity of 3470.2mg/g.Therefore,P[5]+C6-DAS represented a promising adsorbent for MG dyes with potential applications.
