摘　　要：利用丙二醇(PG)和二乙二醇(EG)作为双组分二醇的醇解剂,碱金属氢氧化钠作为金属催化剂,对废旧冷链泡沫进行化学方法降解处理,再将降解得到的低聚物多元醇重新制备新型管壳材料。并对降解产物进行羟值测试及黏度测试,然后对制备的新型管壳泡沫进行密度、吸水率、压缩强度、红外光谱、泡沫结构等一系列测试并分析。结果表明:在m(PG)∶m(EG)=40∶60,金属催化剂氢氧化钠加入质量为1.2g时,废旧冷链泡沫达到最好的降解效果,此时新型管壳泡沫的密度低、抗压强度更高、导热系数更小、保温性能更好,达到国家标准的要求。Using propylene glycol(PG)and diethylene glycol(EG)as the alcoholysis agent of two-component diols and sodium hydroxide as the metal catalyst,the waste cold chain foam was degraded by chemical methods,and then the oligomeric polyol obtained by degradation was used to reprepare a new type of tube and shell material.The hydroxyl value test and viscosity test were carried out on the degradation products,and then a series of tests such as density,water absorption,compression strength,infrared spectroscopy,foam structure were carried out and analyzed on the prepared new tube and shell foam.The results indicated that the best degradation effect was achieved when m(PG)∶m(EG)=40∶60 and the mass of added metal catalyst sodium hydroxide added was 1.2g.At this time,the new type of tube and shell foam had lower density,higher compressive strength,smaller thermal conductivity and better thermal insulation performance,meeting the requirements of the national standards.
