摘 要:环氧玻纤层压板广泛应用于多种领域,但该层压板具有易燃性。为了提高其阻燃性能,使用了实验室自制的一种新型磷系阻燃剂聚甲基膦酸乙二醇酯作为反应型阻燃剂进行阻燃改性。用阻燃剂与4,4-二氨基二苯甲烷固化剂,双酚A型环氧树脂制备树脂体系,对树脂基体黏度进行测试。然后将树脂基体浸胶到偶联剂KH550处理过的玻璃布上形成半固化片,并对半固化片性能进行了测试。多层半固化片热压为层压板,进行了层压板氧指数、垂直燃烧等级、弯曲性能测试、冲击强度和吸水率测试。结果表明:聚甲基膦酸乙二醇酯对该层压板的阻燃性能有显著性提高,当阻燃剂添加量3.1%,层压板通过UL-94 V-0级别且LOI为29.2%。阻燃剂添加量在3.1%以内对力学性能影响较小,弯曲强度基本稳定在500~520MPa之间,冲击强度基本稳定在145~165kJ/m^(2)之间,吸水率基本稳定在0.04%~0.06%之间。Fiberglass reinforced epoxy resin laminates are widely used in a variety of fields,but they have flammability.In order to improve its flame retardant performance,a new kind of phosphorous-based flame retardant,named poly(ethylene glycol)methylphosphonate,was made in our laboratory and used as a reactive flame retardant for modification.The resin system was prepared with flame retardant,4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane as curing agent,and DGEBA epoxy resin,after which the viscosity of the resin matrix was tested.Then,the resin matrix was impregnated onto glass fiber treated with coupling agent KH550 to form a semi-cured sheet,and the properties were tested.The multilayer semi-cured sheet was hot-pressed into a laminate.Next,the limit oxygen index test,the vertical-flame test,the flexural property test,the impact property and the water absorption test of the laminated board were carried out.The results showed that the flame retardant performance of epoxy glass cloth laminates was significantly improved by poly(ethylene glycol)methylpolyphosphate.When the flame retardant was added at 3.1%,the laminate passed UL-94 V-0 grade and had an LOI of 29.2%.The addition of flame retardants with a content less than 3.1%had little effect on mechanical properties.The flexural property was basically stabilized between 500~520MPa,the impact strength was basically stabilized between 145~165kJ/m^(2),and the water absorption was basically stabilized between 0.04%~0.06%.
