摘 要:全生物质复合材料具有极高的环境价值和应用前景,确定固化工艺参数是制备全生物质复合材料的关键步骤。拟制备五节芒(MF)/生物基环氧全生物质复合材料,并研究其固化反应动力学。加入MF纤维来制备MF/环氧树脂(EP)复合材料与EP固化相比要求更高的固化温度,通过将MF进行改性后可以有效降低固化温度并且缩短固化反应的时间;采用Kissinger和Ozawa方法计算发现改性MF纤维有利于降低体系的活化能,根据Crane方程计算固化n级动力学模型,n级动力学模型为MA/EP全生物质复合材料成型过程的固化工艺参数提供了理论支撑,为复合材料的固化成型工艺提供了理论基础。n级动力学模型描述EP/聚乙烯亚胺-植酸-钡-MF(EP/PEI-PA-Ba-MF)体系的固化反应过程,通过模型计算出的最优固化温度和时间用于指导实验制备全生物质复合材料。The whole biomass composite has high environmental value and application prospect,and to determine the parameters of the curing process is the key step in preparing whole biomass composites.Miscanthus floridulus(MF)/bio-based epoxy(EP)whole biomass composites were prepared,and their curing reaction kinetics were investigated.Compared with curing process of pure epoxy resin,the curing temperature of the MF/EP biomass composites was higher,but the curing temperature and curing time could be effectively reduced by modifying the miscanthus floridulus.By the Kissinger and Ozawa methods,it was found that the modified MF fiber was beneficial to reduce the activation energy of the composite system.The n-order curing kinetics model was calculated according to Crane equation,which provided theoretical support for curing process parameters in the molding process of MF/EP whole biomass composite,laying a theoretical foundation for the curing molding process of composite materials.The n-order kinetic model described the curing reaction process of EP/PEI-PA-Ba-MF epoxy resin system,and the optimal curing temperature and time calculated by the model could be used to guide the preparation of the whole biomass composites.
