摘 要:采用I.44P有机粘土(OC)填充反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)制备有机粘土/反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯复合材料,考察有机粘土用量对TPI拉伸诱导结晶行为的影响。采用X射线衍射仪,扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、动态力学分析仪、差式扫描量热仪等测试表征OC/TPI复合材料的微观结构及动态性能。结果表明:OC用量为1%时,OC/TPI复合材料物理性能最优,拉伸强度达到22.5MPa,较纯TPI的拉伸强度上升11.4%;随着有机粘土的添加,OC/TPI复合材料的临界诱变点(ε0)发生前移,表明拉伸诱变行为逐渐在较低应变下发生,当OC用量为1%时,ε0对应的拉伸应变值最小,这说明有机粘土填加量为1%时拉伸诱导性能更容易发生。Organic clay/trans 1,4-polyisoprene composite materials were prepared by filling trans 1,4-polyisoprene(TPI)with I.44P organic clay(OC),and the effect of organic clay content on the tensile induced crystallization behavior of TPI was investigated.The microstructure and dynamic properties of OC/TPI composite materials were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,dynamic mechanical analyzer,differential scanning calorimeter,and other tests.The experimental results showed that when the OC content was 1%,the physical properties of OC/TPI composite material were the best,with a tensile strength of 22.5MPa,which was 11.4%higher than that of pure TPI.With the addition of OC,the critical mutation point(ε0)of OC/TPI composite material shifted forward,indicating that the tensile induced transformation behavior gradually occurred at lower strains.When the OC dosage was 1%,the tensile strain value corresponding toε0 was the smallest,indicating that the tensile induced performance was more likely to occur when the organic clay filling amount was 1%.
