摘  要:合成反应型阻燃剂9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-羟甲基-10-氧化物(ODOPOM),用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪和氢、碳、磷核磁共振光谱表征其化学结构。将ODOPOM与硅烷接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物(POE)共混后经过温水浸泡制备反应型阻燃硅烷交联POE复合材料。研究并讨论了ODOPOM用量对硅烷交联POE的阻燃性能、耐水性能、力学性能、热稳定性能等的影响,并讨论其阻燃机理。A reactive flame retardant,named as DOPO-formaldehyde(ODOPOM),was synthesized.The chemical structure of the ODOPOM was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and hydrogen,carbon and phosphorus nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR).The ODOPOM was blended with silane-grafted ethylene-octene copolymer(POE)to prepare a reactive flame retardant silane cross-linked POE composite through warm water immersion.The effects of ODOPOM dosage on the flame retardancy,water resistance,mechanical properties and thermal stability of the silane cross-linked POE were investigated.The flame-retardant mechanism was also discussed.
