摘 要:通过水回流法从3种煤中提取出了煤基碳点,对水溶剂回流时间与用量进行了工艺优化,所制备碳点具有蓝色荧光特征,通过红外表征确认了煤基碳点表面具有O—H、C O、C—H等官能团,通过时间分辨荧光光谱计算出煤基碳点的荧光寿命为2.2μs。同时探究了3种煤基碳点在离子检测中的实际应用,它们作为荧光探针在与Fe^(3+)或Cu ^(2+)结合时会发生荧光淬灭,并且反应迅速,其中CCD-W1对Fe^(3+)和Cu^(2+)的检出限最低,检出限分别为0.16μmol/L和0.10μmol/L。In this paper,coal-based carbon dots were extracted from three kinds of coals by water reflux method,and the reflux time and dosage of water solvent were optimized.The prepared carbon dots had blue fluorescence characteristics.It was confirmed by FT-IR spectrum that the surface of coal-based carbon dots had O—H,C O,C—H and other functional groups.The fluorescence lifetime of the coal-based carbon dots was calculated as 2.2μs through time-resolved fluorescence spectroscopy.At the same time,the practical application of three coal-based carbon dots in ion detection was explored.As fluorescent probes,their fluorescence would quench when combined with Fe^(3+)or Cu^(2+),and the reaction was rapid.Among them,CCD-W1 had the lowest detection limits for Fe^(3+)and Cu^(2+),which were 0.16μmol/L and 0.10μmol/L,respectively.
