摘 要:以固体废弃物资源玉米秸秆为原料,并使用尿素与高岭土对其进行化学改性,通过管式炉高温制备改性玉米秸秆生物炭(NKBC),该材料制备工艺简便,成本低,对环境友好。研究了NKBC对污水中化学需氧量(COD)的吸附性能,包括吸附等温线、吸附动力学等。结果表明:NKBC对COD的吸附平衡投料量为0.50g/L,去除率为68%~70%,吸附平衡时间为1h,且pH对NKBC去除COD影响较小。通过分析可知,此吸附拟合模型遵循Langmuir模型与Freundlich模型以及准二级动力学模型,说明NKBC的吸附过程既涉及单层吸附,又涉及多层吸附。循环使用5次后,NKBC对COD的去除率依然保持在较高水平。实验证明,NKBC具有出色的去除和循环性能。In this study,solid waste resource corn straw was used as raw material,and chemically modified with urea and kaolin to prepare modified corn straw biochar(NKBC)by tube furnace at high temperature,which was simple,low cost and environmentally friendly.The adsorption performance of NKBC on chemical oxygen demand(COD)in wastewater was studied,including adsorption isotherm and adsorption kinetics.The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium feeding amount of COD by NKBC was 0.50g/L,the removal rate was 68%~70%,the adsorption equilibrium time was 1h,and pH had little effect on the removal of COD by NKBC.Through the analysis,it could be seen that the adsorption fitting model followed the Langmuir model,the Freundlich model and the quasi-second-order kinetic model,indicating that the adsorption process of NKBC involved both single-layer adsorption and multi-layer adsorption.After 5 cycles,the removal rate of COD by NKBC remained at a high level.Experiments proved that NKBC had excellent removal and cycling properties.
