摘 要:东海地区存在大段砂泥岩互层,泥岩极易水化膨胀,伴随微裂缝发育,在钻井过程中极易发生起下钻遇阻和憋扭矩,甚至井壁失稳等复杂情况。考虑海上环保问题,油基钻井液使用受限,为解决东海钻井井壁失稳难题,通过借鉴油基钻井液活度平衡和半透膜理论,采用高浓度盐降低了体系的活度,同时增强体系的抑制性以及微纳米封堵技术,有效延缓压力和滤液的传递。通过性能对比评价,最终研发出一套与油基钻井液性能接近的反渗透钻井液体系,该体系现场应用结果表明,其在钻井过程中性能稳定,钻屑规则,井壁稳定,基本实现了直接起下钻,降低了东海地区泥岩地层的井壁失稳频次。There are large sections of sandstone-shale interbedding in East China Sea region,where mudstone is extremely prone to hydration expansion.With the development of micro fractures,it is very easy to encounter complex situations such as tripping resistance and torque suppression,and even wellbore instability.Meanwhile,the use of oil-based drilling fluids was limited due to the environmental restriction.In order to solve the issue of borehole instability in East China Sea,high concentration salt was used to reduce the activity of the system in laboratory based on the theory of oil-based drilling fluids activity balance and semi-permeable membrance.At the same time,the inhibitive ability of the system is enhanced and micro&nano-sealing technology is used to effectively delay the transfer of pressure and filtrate.Finally,a set of reverse osmosis drilling fluid system with similar properties to oil-based drilling fluid was developed through indoor performance comparison and evaluation.The field application results of this system showed that its performance was stable during drilling,with regular cuttings and stable wellbore,and basically achieved direct tripping,reduced the frequency of wellbore instability in mudstone formations in East China Sea.
