多感官刺激联合重复经颅磁刺激对运动性失语的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨多感官刺激联合重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)在运动性失语患者的应用效果。方法 选取本院收治的86例运动性失语患者,病例选取时间为2020年10月至2023年9月,采用随机数字表法将患者进行分组,对照组43例患者采取传统语言康复训练,观察组43例患者在此基础上采取多感官刺激联合r TMS干预,两组均持续干预4周。比较两组患者语言功能、日常生活语言沟通能力以及生活质量。结果 观察组干预后西方失语成套测验(WAB)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后功能性语言沟通能力检查法(CFCP)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 多感官刺激联合r TMS干预可改善运动性失语患者语言功能,促进患者日常生活语言沟通能力提升,有助于改善其生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of multisensory stimulation combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)in patients with motor aphasia.Method86 patients with motor aphasia admitted to our hospital were selected from October 2020 to September 2023.The patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group consisted of 43 patients who received traditional language rehabilitation training,while the observation group consisted of 43 patients who received multi sensory stimulation combined with rTMS intervention.Both groups received continuous intervention for 4 weeks.Compare language function,daily life language communication skills,and quality of life between two groups of patients.ResultsAfter intervention,the Western Aphasia Battery(WAB)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the functional language communication ability test(CFCP)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).ConclusionThe combination of multisensory stimulation and rTMS intervention can improve the language function of patients with motor aphasia,promote their daily life language communication ability,and help improve their quality of life.
