国产催化剂在二期800 kt/a硫酸装置上的应用

摘　　要：介绍了天安化工二期800 kt/a硫黄制酸装置停车检修前的运行情况,针对装置存在的转化器一段床层阻力上升较快,总转化率逐年下降等问题,提出对转化器一段和四段催化剂进行筛分、调整,补充部分国产催化剂。装置性能考核结果表明,补充部分国产催化剂后,总转化率达到99.83%,应用效果较好,可在其他3套硫酸装置上推广应用。The operation of the 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant in Tian’an Chemical PhaseⅡbefore shutdown and maintenance is introduced.In response to the problems of rapid increase in bed resistance in the first section of the converter and annual decrease in total conversion rate,it is proposed to screen and adjust the catalysts in the first and fourth sections of the converter,and supplement some domestic catalysts.The performance evaluation results of the device show that after adding some domestic catalysts,the total conversion rate reaches 99.83%,and the application effect is good.It can be promoted and applied in the other three sets of sulphuric acid plants.
