摘 要:文章通过优化前处理的振荡时间、萃取时间及氮吹时间,建立了秀珍菇中五氯硝基苯、三氯杀螨醇、联苯菊酯、氯菊酯、氰戊菊酯5种农药多残留量测定方法。结果表明:前处理最佳提取条件为振荡时间2 min、萃取时间为20.5 min、氮吹时间28.5 min。此方法测定以上5种有机氯农药检出限分别为:0.016μg/kg、0.029μg/kg、0.056μg/kg、0.017μg/kg、0.081μg/kg。添加标准农药回收实验验证:5种农药的平均回收率为:76.3%~106.2%,RSD值为1.7%~9.7%,均达到气相色谱检测要求,具备秀珍菇未知样检测以上5种农药的检测能力。实验表明,此方法仪器检测灵敏度高,回收率和精密度高,且成本低易于操作,可用于秀珍菇此5种农药残留检测。A method for the determination of pentachloronitrobenzene,dicofol,bifenthrin,permethrin and fenvalerate in Xiuzhen mushroom was established by optimizing the oscillating time,extraction time and nitrogen blowing time of pretreatment.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were oscillation time of 2 min,extraction time of 20.5 min and nitrogen blowing time of 28.5 min.The detection limits of the above f ive organochlorine pesticides were 0.016μg/kg,0.029μg/kg,0.056μg/kg,0.017μg/kg and 0.081μg/kg,respectively.The experimental results showed that the average recoveries of the f ive pesticides were 76.3%~106.2%,and the RSD values were 1.7%~9.7%,all of which met the detection requirements of gas chromatography,and the unknown samples of Xiuzhen mushroom were capable of detecting the above f ive pesticides.The experiment shows that the method has high sensitivity,high recovery and precision,low cost and easy operation,and can be used for the detection of 5 kinds of pesticide residues.
