新桥社区土地整备利益统筹18号地块土壤污染状况分析

摘　　要：深圳市在推进城市更新和土地整备计划中,重视土地的合理利用和环境保护。在调查新桥社区土地整备利益统筹18号地块时,通过资料收集、现场踏勘、访谈和样品分析等多种方式,评估了地块的污染状况。调查结果显示,该地块未受到明显污染,无需将该地块纳入污染地块管理。这体现了在城市更新和土地整备过程中,深圳市对于环境保护和公共安全的重视,确保了土地的可持续利用和居民的健康生活环境。In promoting urban renewal and land consolidation plans,Shenzhen attaches great importance to the rational use of land and environmental protection.During the investigation of the land consolidation benef its coordination of plot 18 in Xinqiao Community,the pollution status of the plot was evaluated through various methods such as data collection,on-site investigation,interviews,and sample analysis.The survey results show that the plot has not been signif icantly polluted and there is no need to include it in the management of polluted plots.This reflects the importance that Shenzhen attaches to environmental protection and public safety in the process of urban renewal and land preparation,ensuring the sustainable use of land and a healthy living environment for residents.
