摘　　要：某化工企业的空分装置氮压机使用国外专用油,面临着成本高、采购困难等问题。为此,通过油液监测分析技术和多维度综合替代论证,找到适合国内品牌性能的油品进行替代,后期进行加强跟踪监测,从而保证设备运行安全,使企业的外采专用油量减少、国产油量增加来降低采购成本,提高经济效益是高质量发展的有效举措之一。Nitrogen press of air separation unit of a chemical enterprise uses foreign special oil,facing high cost,procurement diff iculties and other problems,therefore,through oil monitoring and analysis technology and multi-dimensional comprehensive substitution demonstration,f ind suitable for the performance of domestic brands to replace the oil,and strengthen follow-up monitoring in the later stage,so as to ensure the safety of equipment operation.It is one of the effective measures for high-quality development to reduce the amount of special oil produced by enterprises and increase the amount of national oil production to reduce the procurement cost and improve economic eff iciency.
