基本医疗保障与区域经济发展耦合协调及时空特征分析

摘　　要：文章运用耦合协调度模型、探索性空间数据分析方法和地理探测器模型,分析我国基本医疗保障与区域经济协同情况及其空间分异因素。结果表明,2018—2021年我国基本医疗保障与区域经济发展之间耦合协调度呈现增长趋势,但水平仍较低,且地区差异显著,整体上呈现东高西低的空间分布格局;地区生产总值、基本医疗保险基金支出、一般财政预算收入、人口数量、收入分权度、医疗救助支出是影响两系统协调发展空间分异的主要驱动因子。据此提出相应的对策建议,为促进基本医疗保障与区域经济协调发展提供参考。This paper used the coupling coordination degree model,exploratory spatial data analysis method and geographical detector model to analyze the synergy between basic medical insurance and regional economy in China and its spatial differentiation factors.The results show that,the coupling and coordination degree between China’s basic medical security and regional economic development exhibits an increasing trend from 2018 to 2021,but still at a low level,with significant regional differences,overall showing a spatial distribution pattern of high in the east and low in the west.Regional GDP,basic medical insurance fund expenditure,general budget revenue,population size,income decentralization,and medical assistance expenditure were the main driving factors affecting the spatial differentiation of coordinated development of the two systems.Based on this,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for promoting the coordinated development of basic medical security and regional economy.
