摘　　要：介绍了水刺法非织造布生产线的智能监测与维护系统在生产线上的运用。恒天重工股份有限公司在水刺法非织造布生产线上开发、使用了智能监测与维护系统,数年的应用实践表明,系统大大提升了设备的智能化程度及经济效益,对行业内水刺法非织造布设备生产企业的研发具有一定的借鉴意义。The application of intelligent monitoring and maintenance system in spunlace nonwovens production line was introduced.Hi-tech Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.has developed and used an intelligent monitoring and maintenance system on the production line of spunlace nonwovens.After several years of practice,.it has been shown that this system greatly improves the intelligence level and economic benefits of the equipment,which has certain reference significance for the research and development of spunlace nonwovens equipment manufacturers in the industry.
