摘 要:消费者的感性评价对服装面料的设计至关重要,符合消费者审美的面料是当前面料设计的重点。为探索感性工学在服装面料中的应用,以粗花呢面料组织结构为研究对象,采用花式捻线机纺制羊毛大肚纱,并选用不同的织物组织结构,织制4种粗花呢面料,再运用感性工学中的语义分析法搜集感性语汇,使用专家法和问卷法筛选出代表性词汇对建立试验感性意象词对,之后运用李克特五级量表法进行评价试验,收集受测者对不同组织结构粗花呢面料情感词汇对的感受值,将感性评价量化,用SPSS统计分析软件分析所得数据,确定了不同组织结构粗花呢面料的评价要素维度,比较不同组织结构粗花呢面料样本间的差异,以期掌握消费者对粗花呢面料的真实意向。研究对于指导后续设计、开发、生产提具有一定的参考价值。The emotional evaluation of consumers is crucial for the design of clothing fabrics,and fabrics that meet consumer aesthetics are currently the focus of fabric design.In order to explore the application of sensory engineering in clothing fabrics,the organizational structure of coarse tweed fabrics was taken as the research object.A fancy twisting machine was used to spin wool large belly yarn,and different fabric organizational structures were selected to weave four types of coarse tweed fabrics.Then,the semantic analysis method in sensory engineering was used to collect sensory vocabulary,and representative vocabulary pairs were selected using expert and questionnaire methods to establish experimental sensory image word pairs.Afterwards,the Likert five level scale method was used for evaluation experiments to collect the perceived emotional vocabulary pairs of different organizational structures of woolen fabrics,quantify the emotional evaluation,and analyze the data using SPSS statistical analysis software to determine the evaluation element dimensions of woolen fabrics with different organizational structures.The differences between samples of woolen fabrics with different organizational structures were compared,in order to grasp the true intention of consumers towards woolen fabrics.The research has certain reference value for guiding subsequent design,development and production improvement.
