摘 要:气垫船工作中长期承受振动载荷,支臂外接头易产生疲劳裂纹。以气垫船导管支臂为研究对象,建立其有限元模型,根据模态分析结果阐述了外接头倒角区域裂纹出现位置具有随机性的原因;提取导管支臂模型的1/5模型作为子模型,通过模态对比分析进行模型简化;基于子模型分析了导管支臂对不同振动方向的振动敏感性;采用Dirlik方法估算不同振动方向的导管支臂振动疲劳寿命,并结合Miner线性损伤累积理论估算多轴向振动联合作用下的导管支臂振动疲劳寿命,为此类导管支臂振动疲劳寿命分析提供思路。The hovercraft bears the influence of vibration load for a long time.Fatigue cracks often occur at the outer joint of the ducted propeller arm due to vibration.Taking the ducted propeller arm as the research object,a finite element model is established.The modal analysis results show that the crack location in the chamfer area of the outer joint is random.One fifth of the whole model is extracted as a sub model,and the model is simplified through modal comparison analysis.Based on the submodel,the vibration sensitivity of the ducted propeller arm to different vibration directions is analyzed.Dirlik method is used to estimate the vibration fatigue life under different vibration directions,and Miner linear damage accumulation theory is used to estimate the vibration fatigue life under the combined action of multiaxial vibration,providing ideas for analyzing the vibration fatigue life of the ducted propeller arms.
