摘  要:针对低压居民用户用能负荷感知、测量、采集和调控需求,文中研究了面向居民家庭智慧用能的随器量测模块设计与应用技术。首先,分析了居民家庭智慧用能双向互动的业务场景;接着,进行了随器量测模块的硬件和软件设计,通过搭载高精度计量芯片、HPLC+HRF双模通信芯片和内嵌随器量测软件协议栈,实现了用电设备的嵌入式计量、通信、控制等主要功能。所研制随器量测模块经第三方机构检测,计量精度达到1级,采样频率优于20 kHz,满足用电设备高效双向通信需求。该技术在河北开展了智慧用能示范应用,实现了居民负荷电器级深度感知和精准调节,得到工程实践的验证。The design and application technology of smart energy utilization measurement module(SEUMM)for residential households is studied to meet the demands of low-voltage residential users for energy load perception,measurement,collection and regulation.The business scenario of smart energy utilization with bidirectional interaction is analyzed.A detailed design of the hardware and software of the SEUMM is carried out,which achieves the main functions of embedded measurement,communication and control of electrical equipment by the installation of high-precision measurement chips,HPLC+HRF dual-mode communication chips and embedded measurement software stacks.The developed SEUMM has been tested by a third-party organization.The results show that its measurement accuracy reaches level 1,and its sampling frequency is above 20 kHz,which meet the requirements of efficient bidirectional interaction of electrical equipment.Demonstration applications have been carried out in Hebei Province,which achieve deep perception and precise adjustment of household load appliances,and the functions and performance of SEUMM have been verified by engineering practice.
