摘　　要：为解决数字支付在央企财务公司中被长期稳定应用的问题,文章首先分析了数字货币的内涵,指出其具有可监管性和可追踪性;其次阐述了数字支付的积极意义,并在此基础上,提出了在央企财务公司应用数字支付的详细方案,包括实验准备阶段、实验结果认证阶段、建立去中心化金融模型阶段、向导测试阶段和量产投入使用阶段;最后通过明确各阶段具体步骤和要求,系统指导了央企财务公司数字支付技术从研发到上线应用的全流程,以期解决数字支付长期稳定应用问题,促进央企财务公司推进业务创新,提高经营管理水平。In order to solve the long-term stable applications of digital payment in financial central enterprises,this article firstly analyzes the connotation of digital currency,and points out its supervision and traceability.Secondly,it elaborates the positive significance of digital payment.Based on this,a detailed plan for applying digital payment in financial central enterprises is proposed,which includes the experiment preparation stage,the experimental result certification stage,the decentralized financial model establishment stage,the guide testing stage,and the mass production and deployment stage.Finally,by clarifying the specific steps and requirements of each stage,it systematically guides the entire process of digital payment technology for financial central enterprises from research and development to the online application,in order to solve the problem of long-term stable applications of digital payment,promote the business innovation of financial central enterprises and improve their management level.
