广西北部湾经济区科技人力资源优化配置研究

摘　　要：文章分析了广西北部湾经济区科技人力资源配置存在的问题:专业技术人员结构失衡;科技活动人员严重缺乏;研发人才不足;高层次科技创新人才少。进而提出优化配置北部湾经济区科技人力资源的建议:加大教育投入和科技人力资源培养;加大科技投入和科技人才集聚;优化产业结构,促进科技人力资源合理分布;建立科技人力资源优化配置的长效机制。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the allocation of science and technology human resources in Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.They are the imbalance of professional and technical personnel structure,a serious shortage of personnel for scientific and technological activities,insufficient R&D personnel and few talents for high-level scientific and technological innovation.Then,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the allocation of science and technology human resources in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone.It should increase the investment in education and training science and technology human resources,increase investment in science and technology,gather scientific and technological talents,optimize the industrial structure,promote the rational distribution of science and technology human resources and establish a long-term mechanism for optimal allocation of science and technology human resources.
