摘 要:以MG400/950型采煤机螺旋滚筒为研究对象,运用EDEM仿真分析软件完成了煤壁仿真模型的建立,完成了螺旋升角、滚筒直径、筒毂直径对螺旋滚筒装煤效率的影响研究。结果表明,螺旋升角越大,装煤效率越高,但随着螺旋升角的持续增加,后期装煤效率提升趋势放缓;滚筒直径越大,装煤效率越高;筒毂直径越大,装煤效率越低。基于螺旋滚筒结构参数对装煤效率影响的结果完成了对螺旋滚筒结构参数的改进。螺旋升角增加至15°,滚筒直径增加至1 200 mm,筒毂直径减少至475 mm。螺旋滚筒结构参数改进后的装煤效率提升了近3.5%。Taking the spiral drum of MG400/950 shearer as the research object,the simulation model of coal wall was established by using EDEM simulation analysis software,and the influence of spiral lift angle,cylinder diameter and cylinder hub diameter on the coal loading efficiency of spiral drum was studied.The results show that the larger the spiral lift angle,the higher the coal loading efficiency,but as the spiral lift angle continues to increase,the trend of improving coal loading efficiency in the later stage slows down.The larger the drum diameter,the higher the loading efficiency.The larger the hub diameter,the lower the coal loading efficiency.Based on the results of the influence of spiral drum structural parameters on the coal loading efficiency,the spiral drum structural parameters were improved,the spiral lift angle was increased to 15°,the drum diameter was increased to 1200 mm,and the cylinder hub diameter was reduced to 475 mm.The coal loading efficiency of the screw drum is increased by nearly 3.5%after the improved structure parameters.
