摘 要:在西曲矿15#煤东胶带大巷,第3部固定带式输送机面临复杂的现场工况,特别是其独特的先下行后上行的运作模式,加大了带式输送机设计的难度。为了有效应对这种复杂工况,从驱动系统、制动机制、实时张力调整、智能控制以及巡检机器人应用等方面展开设计。通过采用四象限变频调速装置、永磁同步电机、可控软制动技术、变频张紧机制、传感器及视频监控等先进技术,成功设计出一种能够满足现场运行要求的智能化带式输送机。该输送机可实现在复杂工况下的智能化、安全、高效以及绿色运行。In the east belt roadway of Xiqu coal mine,the third fixed belt conveyor is facing complex site conditions,especially its unique operation mode of first descending and then ascending,which increases the difficulty of belt conveyor design.In order to effectively deal with this complex working condition,the design is carried out from the aspects of driving system,braking mechanism,real-time tension adjustment,intelligent control and inspection robot application.By using advanced technologies such as four quadrant variable frequency speed regulation device,permanent magnet synchronous motor,controllable soft braking technology,variable frequency tensioning mechanism,sensors and video monitoring,an intelligent belt conveyor that can meet the requirements of on-site operation is successfully designed.The conveyor can realize intelligent,safe,efficient and green operation under complex working conditions.
