摘  要:为了解决电力铁塔施工过程中抱杆拉线拉力不均的问题,设计了一种基于物联网技术的拉线拉力实时检测装置,并详细说明了其系统结构和软硬件配置。设计充分考虑了施工的实际情况,比较各种无线通信方法后,选择利用433 MHz无线通信技术实现采集信息的无线传输。结果表明,该设计方案能够准确地持续监测多个远距离目标的拉力值,大大提高了电力铁塔施工的安全性。In order to solve the problem of uneven pulling force of holding pole pulling line during the construction of electric power tower,this paper designs a real-time detection device of pulling line pulling force based on the Internet of Things technology,and makes a detailed description of the system structure and hardware and software configuration.The design gives full consideration to the actual situation of the construction,after comparing various wireless communication methods,choose to use 433 MHz wireless communication technology to achieve the wireless transmission of the collected information.The results show that the design can accurately and continuously monitor the tension value of multiple remote targets,thus greatly improving the construction safety of transmission towers.
