摘 要:低强度脉冲超声波作为一种骨折辅助治疗手段,与传统治疗方式相比具有很多重优势。目前,市面上缺少多参数可调的低强度超声治疗设备,因此设计一款1.5 MHz低强度脉冲超声多参数可调治疗仪。该治疗仪以STM32单片机为主控芯片,可以输出超声频率为1.5 MHz、脉冲频率为1 kHz,声强、脉冲占空比及治疗时长均可调的低强度脉冲超声波,具有空载保护功能。用户可以通过蓝牙App实时查看和调节仪器的运行状态和输出参数。该App能在蓝牙意外断连后自动重连并正确显示所有信息。实验结果表明,设计的超声波治疗仪输出波形完整,超声输出频率、超声输出功率和脉冲占空比精确稳定,为临床应用奠定了基础。As an auxiliary treatment for fracture,low intensity pulse ultrasound presents multiple advantages compared with traditional treatment.At present,there is a lack of multi-parameter adjustable low-intensity ultrasound treatment equipment in the market.In this paper,a 1.5 MHz low intensity pulse ultrasonic multi-parameter adjustable therapeutic instrument is designed.With STM32 microcontroller as the main control chip,the device can output low-intensity pulse ultrasound with ultrasonic frequency of 1.5 MHz,pulse frequency of 1 kHz,adjustable sound intensity,pulse duty cycle and treatment duration,and has no-load protection function.Users can view and adjust the running status and output parameters of the instrument in real time through the bluetooth App.The App automatically reconnects after an unexpected bluetooth disconnection and displays all information correctly.The experimental results show that the designed ultrasonic therapeutic instrument has complete output waveform,accurate and stable ultrasonic output frequency,ultrasonic output power and pulse duty cycle,which lays a foundation for clinical application.
