摘  要:设计一种汽车自适应液压悬架控制系统。在汽车重心位置设置采集车身震动、车轮跳动、车身高度和倾斜状态等信号的传感器,在车轮位置设置采集车速、转向角、加速度等信号的传感器,通过电子控制单元(Electronic Control Unit,ECU)整合和处理各种传感器信息后,液压悬架通过调节液压油压力的调整车辆姿态。为实现上述功能,开发电控连续可调阻尼主动液压减震器,搭载具有神经元自适应控制策略的调节器,使得悬架系统能够根据车速、转向角、加速度等信息快速敏捷地调整车身高度。An adaptive hydraulic suspension control system is designed in this paper.Sensors are set in the center of gravity position of the car to collect signals such as body vibration,wheel runout,body height and tilt state,and sensors are set in the position of the wheel to collect signals such as speed,steering angle and acceleration.After integrating and processing various sensor information through the Electronic Control Unit(ECU),the hydraulic suspension can adjust the vehicle attitude by adjusting the hydraulic oil pressure.In order to realize the above functions,an electrically controlled continuous adjustable damping active hydraulic shock absorber is developed,which is equipped with a regulator with neuron adaptive control strategy,so that the suspension system can adjust the height of the body quickly and flexibly according to the information of speed,steering angle,acceleration and so on.
