摘　　要：随着信息化时代的到来,会议作为组织内部沟通协作的重要形式,其管理效率和体验成为影响工作效率和业务发展的关键因素。针对当前会议管理存在的签到烦琐、效率低下、管理混乱等问题,提出并设计一套智能会务管理系统。该系统基于人脸识别技术、自动排座算法和数据分析技术,实现了会议签到自动化、座次编排智能化以及会议管理数据化。该系统解决了传统会议管理存在的签到速度慢、代签等问题,进一步强化了会议管理的科学规划与前瞻性思维,为公司业务开展提供了有力支持。In the era of digital transformation,as an important form of internal communication and collaboration,the management efficiency and experience of conference have become the key factors affecting work efficiency and business development.In view of the problems of cumbersome sign-in,low efficiency and chaotic management in the current conference management,this study proposes and designs a set of intelligent conference management system.Based on face recognition technology,automatic seating algorithm and data analysis technology,the system realizes the automation of conference signin,intelligent seat arrangement and data-based conference management.Through this system,it not only solves the problems of slow sign-in speed and substitution in traditional conference management,but also improves the scientific and forward-looking nature of conference management,and provides strong support for the company's business development.
