摘  要:建筑物地下室墙面受潮常见原因包括墙面结露和墙体渗漏水。不同受潮成因直接影响后续修缮处理方法,因而受潮成因判定的准确性至关重要。结露作为受潮主因之一,检测判定方法研究有其工程实用价值。通过对结露检测方法的调研,比较不同检测方法的优缺点,结合笔者参与的实际工程检测项目,提出通过红外热像法结合微波湿度法的方式,检测墙面温度场及墙体纵向湿度分布,并采用Magnus-Tetens近似法计算露点温度,综合判定地下室外墙结露的检测方法和判定准则。Common reason for wall moisture of building basement includes wall condensation and wall leakage.Different reasons of moisture directly affects follow-up renovation treatment method,therefore,the accuracy of judging the moisture reason is crucial.Condensation is one of main reasons for moisture,research on condensation detection and judgment method is of engineering value.Through the investigation on the detection method for moisture,the advantage and disadvantage of different detection methods are compared,and combined with the practical engineering detection project I participated,this paper puts forward the mode of combining infrared thermography and microwave humidity method,so as to detect the temperature field of wall and longitudinal humidity distribution of wall,Magnus-Tetens approximation method is adopted for calculating dew-point temperature,and it is a detection method and judgment criteria for comprehensively judging the moisture on external wall of basement.
