摘  要:城市内涝问题对民生安全构成了重大挑战,尤其在近年来,气候变化和城市化的协同效应使得内涝事件的发生率和严重性均有上升。为构建有效的城市内涝防治体系,必须根据城市的具体情况进行系统规划和设计。目前,中国拥有超过200座工矿型城市,这些城市因工矿业活动引发的水土流失、河道淤积和排水系统堵塞等问题,成为了内涝防治的主要难点。研究选取安徽省马鞍山市为案例,作为1个典型的滨江多雨工矿型城市,对其内涝治理体系的构建与效果进行深入分析,以期能为类似城市提供经验参考。Urban waterlogging has posed a major challenge to people's livelihood security,especially in recent years,the synergistic effect of climate change and urbanization has significantly increased the incidence and severity of waterlogging events.To build an effective urban waterlogging prevention and control system,systematic planning and design must be carried out according to the specific situation of the city.At present,China has more than 200 industrial and mining cities.The problems of water and soil loss,river sedimentation and drainage system blockage caused by industrial and mining activities in these cities constitute the main difficulties of waterlogging prevention and control.This study selected Ma'anshan in Anhui Province.as a case,which is a typical riverside rainy industrial and mining city,and analyzed the construction and effect of its waterlogging control system,which may provide experience reference for similar cities.
