摘  要:污水泵站在城市排水系统中,承担传输城市污水的功能,是保证城市排水系统安全稳定的重要设施。由于污水泵站建设容易受用地条件、市政管网布置条件等因素制约,容易引发泵站进水流态紊乱、池体水量分布不匀等问题。以上海市浦东新区灶东污水泵站扩建工程为例,在进水闸门井中采用交错式组合梁和导流墩的组合形式优化进水分布,同时在前池中采用八字形导流墩和组合式横梁的组合形式优化入流,能够有效改善前池进水流态,优化各泵组进水条件,从而保障大型污水泵站运行的安全稳定,也为其它相似工程的优化设计提供思路。The sewage pump station is an important facility to ensure the safety and stability of the urban drainage system,which undertakes the function of transmitting urban sewage in the urban drainage system.As the construction of sewage pump station is easily restricted by land conditions,municipal pipe network layout conditions and other factors,it is easy to cause problems such as disordered inflow flow pattern of the pump station and uneven water distribution in the tank.Taking the expansion project of Zaodong Sewage Pump Station in Pudong New Area of Shanghai as an example,the combined form of staggered composite beam and diversion pier is used in the intake gate shaft to optimize the intake distribution,while the combined form of splayed diversion pier and combined beam is used in the fore bay to optimize the inflow,which can effectively improve the inflow flow pattern of the fore bay and optimize the inflow conditions of each pump unit,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of large sewage pump station,and also provide ideas for the optimization design of other similar projects.
