摘  要:绿色低碳建筑小区的室内室外环境规划涉及要素多、过程复杂、空间多维。基于生态工程、海绵城市和节能建筑等多重视角,系统阐述绿色低碳建筑小区的规划理念;深入探讨室内室外环境一体化规划框架和路径,整体统筹设计室内外空气环境、光环境和声环境;注重节约高效利用小区水资源、卫生环境整治及电磁辐射污染防控;营造小区良好的绿植环境、绿色出行环境和低碳人文环境。高效构建节能、环保、舒适、健康的高品质生活空间,实现人、建筑、自然环境和人文环境的融合统一。The indoor & outdoor environmental planning of green low-carbon building community involves many elements,complex process and multi-dimensional space.From the perspectives of ecological engineering,sponge city and energy-saving building,the planning concept of green and low-carbon building community is systematically expounded.In-depth exploration of the indoor and outdoor environment integration planning framework and path,overall design of indoor and outdoor air environment,light environment and sound environment,pay attention to the efficient use of water resources and sanitation environment in the community and the prevention and control of electromagnetic radiation pollution,to create a good green plant environment,green travel environment and low-carbon cultural environment in the community.Efficient construction of energy saving,environmental protection,comfortable,healthy high-quality living space,to achieve the integration of people,architecture,natural environment and cultural environment.
