摘　　要：数字经济是当今各国科技创新和产业提质增效及重塑核心竞争力的必备基础。研究现阶段地区数字经济发展水平及其对R&D投入创新绩效的影响,对推进我国地区数字经济和科技创新发展有重要意义。研究首先基于熵值法测算研究地区数字经济发展水平和基于Super-SBM方法测算地区R&D投入创新绩效,然后运用静态面板模型、动态面板模型和动态空间杜宾模型多重实证分析方法分析地区数字经济发展水平对创新绩效的影响。实证分析结果显示,地区数字经济对R&D投入创新绩效有正向影响,数字经济发展水平和R&D投入创新绩效均高的地区主要集中在京津冀、长三角和珠三角。研究结果对进一步制定数字经济发展相关政策建议来推动科技创新提供了依据。Digital economy is a necessary basis for scientific and technological innovation,industrial upgrading,quality improvement and efficiency improvement and core competitiveness reconstruction in various countries.It is of great significance to study the development level of regional digital economy and its impact on the innovation performance of R&D investment in China.Firstly,this paper calculates the regional digital economy development level based on entropy method and the regional R&D investment innovation performance based on Super-SBM method.Then,multiple empirical analysis methods such as static panel model,dynamic panel model and dynamic spatial Durbin model are used to analyze the impact of regional digital economy development level on innovation performance.The empirical analysis results show that regional digital economy has a positive impact on the innovation performance of R&D investment,and the regions with high development level of digital economy and innovation performance of R&D investment are mainly concentrated in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta.The research results provide a basis for further formulating policy recommendations on the development of digital economy to promote science and technology innovation.
