摘 要:能谱分析软件广泛用于分析样品的元素成分,为了提高分析效率和性能,降低成本,更优地分析样品元素成分,建立了一套基于LabVIEW能谱分析软件的设计方法。该方法通过五点平滑法和高斯拟合等方法,实现了γ能谱曲线的平滑、峰面积计算、能量刻度等功能。采用放射源^(137)Cs和^(60)Co对整个模块软件进行刻度,得到能量刻度曲线为Y=2.04X+0.52。采用本文开发的能谱分析软件,将152Eu当作未知放射源进行鉴别,得到了4个全能峰峰值,成功鉴别出该未知核素。采用基于LabVIEW的能谱分析技术具有人机交互界面友好直观、操作方便、高度的灵活性和通用性的特点,该软件平台可被广泛应用于样品分析测试实验室和教学实验室等场合。Energy spectrum analysis software is widely used to analyze the elemental components of samples.In order to improve analysis efficiency and performance,reduce costs,and better analyze the elemental components of samples,a design method based on LabVIEW energy spectrum analysis software was established.By the methods of five-point smoothing and Gaussian fitting,some functions such as smoothing ofγenergy spectrum curve,peak area calculation and energy scale are realized.The radioactive sources^(137)Cs and^(60)Co are used to calibrate the entire module software,and the energy calibration curve was obtained as Y=2.04X+0.52.Using the energy spectrum analysis software developed in this article,unknown radioactive source 152Eu was successfully identified by four omnipotent peak of energy spectrum.The energy spectrum analysis technology based on LabVIEW has the characteristics of friendly and intuitive human-computer interaction interface,easy operation,high flexibility and versatility.This software platform can be widely used in sample analysis testing laboratories and teaching laboratories and other occasions.
