摘  要:为解决传统热解碳化炉运行中存在的废盐结块包裹有机物导致有机物脱除不彻底的问题,对传统热解碳化炉结构进行优化设计,优化设计后的热解碳化炉为多层螺旋结构。以江西省化工园区某化工企业副产废盐为试验对象,采用该热解碳化炉进行废盐的热解碳化试验,从热解碳化炉出口盐的形态、有机物脱除效果和热解过程能耗3个方面评价热解碳化炉的实际使用效果。试验结果显示:热解碳化炉出口排出的盐颗粒细小均匀,呈雪白色;在热解温度650℃、热解时间120 min的条件下,废盐中有机物从170000.0 mg/kg降至35.8 mg/kg,处理后废盐可达到离子膜烧碱工艺的要求;对整个热解过程热量损耗进行分析计算,得出废盐处理的天然气消耗量为26.54 Nm3/t。实际使用效果表明多层螺旋结构的热解碳化炉可有效避免废盐受热结块,有机物脱除效果好,能耗低。In order to solve the problem of incomplete removal of organic matter caused by waste salt caking in the operation of traditional pyrolysis carbonization furnace,the structure of traditional pyrolysis carbonization furnace was optimized,and the optimized design of pyrolysis carbonization furnace was multi-layer spiral structure.The by-product waste salt of a chemical enterprise in Jiangxi chemical park was taken as the test object.The pyrolysis and carbonization experiment of waste salt was carried out by using this pyrolysis and carbonization furnace.The practical use effect of the pyrolysis and carbonization furnace was evaluated from three aspects:the form of outlet salt,the effect of organic matter removal and the energy consumption of pyrolysis process.The test results show that the salt particles discharged from the outlet of the pyrolysis carbonization furnace are fine,uniform and snow-white.Under the conditions of pyrolysis temperature 650℃and pyrolysis time 120 min,the organic matter in waste salt decreased from 170000.0 mg/kg to 35.8 mg/kg,and the waste salt could meet the requirements of ionic membrane caustic soda process after treatment.The heat loss of the whole pyrolysis process was analyzed and calculated,and the natural gas consumption of waste salt was 26.54 Nm3/t.The actual use effect shows that the multi-layer spiral pyrolysis carbonization furnace can effectively prevent the waste salt from being heated,and the organic matter removal effect is good and the energy consumption is low.
