摘  要:峡江水利枢纽水电站共安装9台大型灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组,其中由某厂家生产的5台该批机组主轴安装轴线调整采用内部调整轴系、外部调整定子和转轮联合调整技术,技术成熟可行,安装质量可靠,各机组安装投产发电均已9年以上,运行一直安全平稳。本文以9号机组安装为例对该技术进行介绍,可为类似工程参考、借鉴。At the Xiajiang Water Conservancy Project hydropower station,a total of nine large bulb tubular hydroelectric generators are installed,among which five are manufactured by a certain manufacturer.This batch of turbine units employs an internal adjustment shaft system,external adjustment stator,and rotor joint adjustment technology for main shaft alignment,demonstrating mature and feasible techniques ensuring reliable installation quality.Each unit has been operational for over nine years with safe and stable performance.This paper takes the installation of Unit 9 as an example to introduce the aforementioned technology,providing reference and guidance for similar projects.
