摘 要:液压启闭机是水利工程常用的启闭机,液压油是液压系统利用液体压力能的中间介质。为分析南水北调中线干线工程液压启闭机液压油随环境温度变化对闸门开度的影响,选取南水北调中线干线工程槐河(一)节制闸、放水河节制闸典型闸门开度数据和对应时间段气温情况进行研究分析与定量计算。结果表明:液压启闭机油缸内液压油体积因气温骤变会引起油缸活塞杆行程产生小幅度变动,进而使弧形闸门在无指令情况下开度发生变化。研究分析结果为今后深入了解液压启闭机工作原理和深入维护提供了参考依据。Hydraulic hoists are commonly used in hydraulic engineering,with hydraulic oil serving as the medium for utilizing liquid pressure energy in hydraulic systems.To analyze the impact of environmental temperature changes on the gate opening of hydraulic hoists in the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,typical gate opening data from the Huaihe River(Section 1)regulating gate and the releases from the water regulating gate are selected,along with corresponding temperature records,for research analysis and quantitative calculations.The results indicate that sudden changes in temperature can cause minor fluctuations in the volume of hydraulic oil within the hydraulic cylinder of the hydraulic hoist,leading to slight variations in the gate opening even without specific commands.These findings provide valuable reference for understanding the operational principles of hydraulic hoists and for their maintenance in the future.
