摘　　要：道德治理作为利益分歧、价值纷争与思想分化境遇下聚焦道德领域突出问题和明显短板的独特性道德建设活动,其不仅是一场以惩恶扬善为目标的精神洗礼,更是一次以提升道德境界为主题的伦理觉醒。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记将马克思主义道德观同中国道德实际相结合、同中华优秀传统道德相结合,以核心价值导向作为道德治理的灵魂、维护共同利益作为道德治理的根本、丰富精神世界作为道德治理的主题,形成了人民治理、系统治理、科学治理相互支撑、有机衔接、同向同行的中国特色道德治理模式,不断赋予道德治理鲜明价值追求、构筑道德治理完整制度体系、推动道德治理生动社会实践,实现了以德立人、以德兴国与以德强党的道德治理目标。As a distinctive moral construction activity that focuses on prominent problems and obvious shortcomings in the moral field under the circumstances of interest divergence,value disputes and ideological differentiation,moral governance is not only a spiritual refreshment with the goal of punishing evil and promoting good,but also an ethical awakening with the theme of improving moral realm.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi jinping has integrated Marxist moral concepts with Chinese moral reality and excellent traditional Chinese morality.With core value orientation as the soul of moral governance,safeguarding common interests as the foundation of moral governance,and enriching the spiritual world as the theme of moral governance,he has also formed a moral governance model with Chinese characteristics,in which people’s governance,systematic governance and scientific governance support each other,organically link up,and work in the same direction.And he has continuously endowed moral governance with distinct value pursuit,built a complete system of moral governance,and promoted vivid social practice of moral governance,thus achieving the goal of educating people,rejuvenating the country and strengthening the Party by moral governance.
