摘 要:文章以江口县云舍村典型土家族传统民居为例,利用仪器在夏季对该民居室内进行热环境实测与分析,结果显示典型民居夏季热舒适差,进而提出围护结构改善方案,运用Design Builder软件建立模型对比民居围护结构优化前后能耗,以卧室为代表分析优化前后室内温度变化,通过模拟软件分析可知围护结构优化后全年累计负荷有所降低,卧室冬季室内气温有所提高,夏季有所降低。传统民居围护结构改善效果明显,民居热舒适性有所提高,能耗有所降低,既能减少居民在提升室内热环境质量上的经济成本,又能达到节能减排的目标。The paper takes the typical Tujia traditional houses in Yunshe Village,Jiangkou County as an example,and tests and analyzes the thermal environment of the houses in summer with the instrument.The results showed that the thermal comfort of the typical houses were poor in summer,and then the improvement plan for the envelope structure was proposed.The model is established with Design Builder software to compare the energy consumption of the residential envelope structure before and after the optimization.The changes in the indoor temperature of the bedroom was analyzed before and after the optimization.Through the analysis of the simulation software,it is known that after the optimization of the envelope structure,the accumulated load in a year is lowered,and the indoor temperature of the bedroom in winter is improved in winter and lowered in summer.The improvement effect of the traditional residential enclosure is obvious,the thermal comfort of the residence is improved and the energy consumption is reduced,which can not only reduce the economic cost of the residents in upgrading the quality of the indoor thermal environment, but also achieve the goal of energy-saving and emission reduction.
