北京胡同地区环境对老年人户外活动的影响研究

摘　　要：居家养老是中国老年人最主要的养老模式,住区环境对老年人身心健康有着重要影响。北京胡同地区作为独特居住形式的住区环境,当地老年人户外活动有鲜明的地域性特点。本研究通过对北京胡同地区老年人户外活动进行调查,探究北京胡同地区环境对老年人户外活动的影响,为今后因地制宜地解决老年人户外活动所面临的问题打下基础。Home-based care is the main pension mode for the elderly in China.The residential environment has an important impact on the physical and mental health of the elderly.For the lanes and alleys in Beijing,a unique living environment,the outdoor activities of the local elderly have distinct regional characteristics.This paper investigates of the outdoor activities of the elderly in the lanes and alleys in Beijing,explores the influence of the residential environment in these areas on the outdoor activities of the elderly,and lays a foundation for solving the problems of outdoor activities of the elderly according to local conditions in the future.
