智轨交通系统交通影响评价及在城市规划上的应用

摘　　要：为了研究智能轨道快运列车对道路交通系统服务水平的影响,以某市市区占用道路资源的智能轨道快运列车项目为例,通过模型对规划方案进行评测,计算项目建成投入使用后对道路交通影响的程度,针对评价结果进行方案优化,并对有无智轨项目进行相关指标对比分析。研究发现:①部分重点区域存在交叉口组织混乱、信号控制不协调、交通设施不完善等问题;部分车站人行过街设施不足,需进行方案优化调整。②主要对路网改善、交叉口渠化、重点片区、沿线地块开口、慢行设施等进行优化调整,有效降低智轨交通系统对沿线及周边道路的交通影响,使得设计方案更符合区域整体交通发展需要。③城市中心区建设智轨项目联系外围新城,不会对当地交通造成消极影响。In order to study the impact of the intelligent rail express train on the service level of the road traffic system,taking the intelligent rail express train project occupying the road resources in a city as an example,the planning scheme is evaluated with the model,the degree of the impact on the road traffic after the project is completed and put into use is calculated,and the scheme is optimized according to the evaluation results,and the relevant indicators are compared and analyzed for two cases of with and without intelligent rail projects.It is found that①in some key areas,there are various problems,such as disordered intersection organization,uncoordinated signal control,and imperfect traffic facilities,and so on.In some stations,pedestrian crossing facilities are insufficient.Thus,it is necessary to optimize and adjust the scheme.②Optimize and adjust the road network,intersection channelization,key areas,opening of land along the line,slow traffic facilities,etc.,and effectively reduce the impact of the intelligent rail transit system on the road along the line and on the surrounding roads,so as to make the design scheme more in line with the overall traffic development needs of the region.③The construction of intelligent rail project in the central area of the city will not have a negative impact on the local traffic.
